Scott Giacomozzi leads our contracting work with over 15 years of progressive construction experience spanning high-end retail, hospitality, medical laboratory and multi-family residential projects. His background combines practical site leadership with a strong understanding of complex build environments and delivery coordination.
From specialised fit-outs to ground-up development, adaptive reuse and occupied rehabilitation, Scott brings a disciplined approach to planning, execution and quality control. His leadership helps ensure projects move forward with structure, accountability and close attention to construction standards throughout the process.
